The Argentera ski resort, in the Stura Valley, has four ski lifts: the Pied del Beu two-seater chairlift and the Baby Marmotta, Andelplan and Larici ski lifts for a total of 25 km of alpine ski slopes. The high altitude lifts reach 2,650 metres but the regularity of the slope makes them an excellent place for a ski school that boasts a panoramic setting of excellence. The very wide and always well-prepared slopes make Argentera an ideal place to enjoy a day of skiing in peace and tranquillity.

Its strong point is its northern exposure which makes for an excellent snow quality and extends the winter season up to the spring months. These characteristics make Argentera the ideal destination for freeride, snowboard and ski mountaineering enthusiasts. There are many off-piste routes along the snow-covered slopes of Mount Enchastraye, towards Argentera and towards Prinardo, many of which cross splendid larch woods. A paradise for “powder snow” lovers.

Chairlift and ski lifts are temporarily closed.

The most popular ski mountaineering routes in spring start from the town and head towards the Puriac valley or towards Punta Incianao. Snowshoe enthusiasts can try out the same trails or opt for more relaxing excursions down the valley.
