The beautiful ‘House of the Sundial’, an illustrious example of Alpine architecture, so called for the sundial painted on the façade to the south, is now home to the Museo di “Pels”. The museum reconstructs the various phases of hair processing for wig-making and collects testimonies, photographs, images and commercial documents related to the trade.

Timetables

In September 2025:
from 1st to 7th September, open every day: 10.30 am - 12.30 pm and 2.30 pm - 5 pm;
from 8th to 22nd September, open from Friday to Tuesday (closed on Wednesday and Thursday);
from 23rd to 30th September, the museum will be closed.
