The 'Fremos, travai e tero' Museum of Hemp and Women's Work in Prazzo aims to present the important role of women within the family and society of the past.
The cultivation and processing of hemp have long been an important source of income for the economy of the Maira Valley and the museum recounts this cross-section of material culture with numerous tools and artefacts on display, through the reconstruction of the settings of the past.
