A characteristic settlement located entirely in the shade of an enormous gneiss rock that emerges in the surrounding chestnut wood at an altitude of 650 m: it is a village consisting of houses, stables, barns, an oven and a washhouse, permanently inhabited until the early 1960s. The buildings feature a characteristic flat roof, used for sheltering hay and fascines.
