SANCTUARY OF MADONNA DELLA SANITÀ - SAVIGLIANO

In the year 1613 a farmer erected a pillar in the Pasco Rondello di Savigliano region to show gratitude to the Madonna. The Madonna was painted there in an exquisitely maternal pose, while nursing the Infant Jesus. Later, the pillar was replaced by the church, with its main structure completed around 1750. The spiritual retreat is attached to the sanctuary. The sanctuary also houses the Museo degli Ex Voto, with a permanent exhibition of votive tablets.
