Of ancient origin, the Chiesa di Sant’Andrea is mentioned for the first time in a document of 1098. The structure, destroyed and rebuilt several times, acquired a definitive layout following its reconstruction in the 1700s by Benedetto Vay, who designed a large space with five naves, a dome and a rich eighteenth-century artistic heritage.
